[ Squall looks up and stares at the wtf pixelated buildings and people of Ecruteak City. Besides him is Suzuki. Seems like the two of them somehow ended up here of all places. :|b

[ The SeeD tilts his head to the side, eyes closed momentarily as he listens to the background before scoffing. ]

The damn music is still playing. Even here. (There goes that plan. Actually thought walking around might actually... make it go away.)

Honestly, between the letters and the animated rocks, the starfish was not very surprising. But it did seem harder to find than the other Pokémon in the water. I mostly stumbled upon it by accident.

Haven't seen it at all in Cherrygrove before but... it makes sense there would be a starfish in that water. Somewhere.

Are you and the others staying in Violet or are you going to keep moving? Suzuki and I are going to try and backtrack soon.

We'll probably stay here. We still have not heard from Zidane, Bartz or Cloud, so I intend to try and meet them before they end up somewhere like Goldenrod. Besides, there will be a festival here in a week, with Pokémon battles and games. It sounds fun.

It was organized by fellow trainers. They said it will take place between the eigth and the tenth of next month. I know there are events in Violet and Azalea, but there might be a few elsewhere. They asked for help with food a while back, so there probably will be kiosks or a buffet. Doesn't it sound interesting?

[ Squall shrugs. Festivals were never his thing but... who knows maybe it will be a nice change and maybe he'll finally see what it was about Festivals that made Selphie so eager to host them. ]

In my world, whenever a major incident happens, a report of the events is generally kept in the archives, such as the main library. If this world's government is even slightly organized, they should also possess such archives. If the public can access those, we might be able to find some information.
