[ The camera clicks on. Squall is shown sitting down against the side of the pokecenter. He's outside, watching the rain and thunder. There's a thoughtful look on his face. In his lap, his cyndaquil is napping while Squall absently pets it with one hand.

[ His other hand curiously is moving, the wrist is jerking toward one direction then the next. The fingers are flexing, specifically his index finger (as if he's pulling the trigger of a gun). His wrist turns before he makes a mock gun gesture with his hand. He lifts his index finger skyward (like the barrel of a gun) before he cocks his wrist, mouthing a single word. ]

...If only I had my gunblade.

[ Squall nods slightly in greeting ]

Leon. You're talking about that Leon again. Someone told me... what his weapon looked like. At least from a distance.

[ He'd rather see this Leon's sword up close (in a spar) before admitting that there was someone out there who used the same exact gunblade model he wielded. ]

A long time. Five, six years. Maybe longer.

[She nods her head with a nervous smile on her lips.]

Good guess! I was talking about him again. [Sitting down next to him, her attention was on the sleeping Cyndaquil with a smile on her lips until his words caught her attention.] Really? Was it Sora who told you?

[She watches him closely wondering if he was annoyed with her for mentioning Leon again. So far he doesn't look mad.]

I see. Did you use it a lot?

Sora?

[ He glances up at her for a moment before shrugging ]

No, it wasn't someone named Sora. It was... Marluxia.

It's my weapon of choice.

[Hearing the unfamiliar name, Aerith looks a bit confused wondering who that person was.]

That's odd. I don't know anyone by that name. I thought it was Sora who would tell you about it because he's fought against Leon. He...is the only one other than me who could tell you a lot about his weapon.

[She looks at him curiously.]

Did everyone in your world use a gunblade or only a selected few?

[ That perks up his interest. He might as well gain more information on how his supposed 'double' fought ]

It's hard to master. There's... only two who ever managed to do so. Myself and...

[ Squall trails off, eyes darting toward his pack and where he had placed his pokeballs. ]

Mmmm, he has. Leon wanted to make sure he was the keyblade master that we've all been waiting for. But he has sparred with Sora on other occassions too. Sora is the best guy to tell you more about it.

[Although, she knows everything about Leon's fighting style just like Yuffie's, but she won't be adding that part. Aerith is their supportive mage/healer whenever they needed her in battle. It's a must know.]

You and...?

[She'll watch him curiously before deciding to say:]

I hope you aren't planning on not telling me now because it'll feel like your teasing me~

My rival. And later a man who represented my enemy. He was the only other person I know who mastered the Gunblade, albeit a different model than the one I use.

[ Strongest? No. There's always someone stronger but being called that... Well, there's a nice warm feeling of appreciation in his chest (and little bit of swelled up pride) ]

Don't be so modest, Squall. I know you are the strongest fighter in your world. I wouldn't be surprise if that was the reason you were choosen to fight in the Conflict.

[And Aerith is going to swell up his pride even more.]
