	ZIDANE TRIBAL | DISSIDIA: FINAL FANTASY || ♗ Another ally from the Conflict. Squall is surprisingly "good friends" with Zidane. Although, the SeeD chose not to go with Bartz and ZIdane for the first part of the Conflict, he did chose to help Zidane to rescue the "kidnapped" Bartz. Going as far as stating that he considered Bartz (and Zidane) his friend, to the latter's surprise. Although he didn't do much on the rescue, Squall provided a pillar of strength for Zidane (and later Bartz when Zidane was captured). Finding Zidane in Route, Squall is pleased to find someone he knows and to an extent trusts despite an initial distrust of him being really Zidane. However, after spending a month in this world, Squall had been surprised to find that he was mostly Zidane-free. Almost to the point where he wondered (not worried) if Zidane had somehow gotten himself captured which was not the case. Thankfully.
	CLOUD STRIFE | FINAL FANTASY VII || ♘/♙ Having heard that Strife was around, Squall waited until the swordsman posted to find out for himself if Strife did or did not remember him. It turned out that Strife really didn't know or recognize him, not that Squall helped him any by using only written replies as responses. Convinced that Strife probably just forgot (rather than believe he was never really there), Squall asked Strife to answer him one question. Just to induce another conversation between them, if nothing else. That question was: How do you define a friend?
	SUZUKI ADELHEID | KATEKYO HITMAN REBORN! || ♗ From the start, Squall and Suzuki just clicked. Maybe it was how blunt she was to him or something else, Squall actually considers her a kindred spirit of sorts. Even though they spoken to each other few times, Suzuki has managed to get Squall to show a bit of his amusement outwardly through liptwitches and the like. She's definitely someone Squall can see as a comrade and an ally and now a friend after hearing her voice while he was hallucinating the end of the world. She's also one of the few people Squall is willing to listen advice from and to initiate a conversation with.
	AERITH GAINSBOROUGH | KINGDOM HEARTS || ♗ First met through the Pokegear, Aerith first thought Squall was some guy named "Leon" from her world. Confused by how 'familiar' she was acting toward him, Squall actually willingly made his first video feed for her so they could talk relatively face-to-face. Somehow, that started a rather odd friendship between them or rather a friendship between Aerith and Squall's Cyndaquil. After a few more conversations, and Aerith trying to help Squall out when he was delirious, Squall actually considers her as a friend and someone he would do anything to protect. Not that he'll admit it... out loud.
	VENTUS | KINGDOM HEARTS || ♙ Squall first met Ventus through the Pokegear. Although he's rather neutral toward the Keyblade Wielder, Squall did find their conversation about magic somewhat enjoyable. The fact this boy had traveled to other worlds is also intriguing.
	MARLUXIA | KINGDOM HEARTS || ♟ Squall first met Marluxia after finally reuniting with Cecil on Route 29. Although he didn't pay much attention to the pink-haired Nobody, Squall felt rather suspicious of him from the beginning. More so when Marluxia mentioned that he knew of someone who looked like Squall, the same 'Leon' Aerith had mistaken him for when he first arrived. After Cecil went to sleep, the two discussed things and Squall learned probably more about his 'doppelganger' than he did about Marluxia.
